Essence #1 (Skill Point Essence): Next to a reddish rock

The meditation point is at the beginning of where you first enter the Southern Reach area.

So if this is your first time here, make sure you interact with the save point, then go to the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Collect Southern Reach Essence by following the path until you reach a camp with a greenish roof.

Now go down the slope and stop right where the camp ends.

Then go right and advance, hugging the wall on the right.

You should briefly see a vein-covered wall in the distance, as shown in the next image.

Climb the wall and once you’re at the top, go across the gap using the two poles that are coming out of the wall.

Then go through the small pools of water without jumping down and you’ll get a rope that will help you make it all the way to the other side.

Then continue forward (hug the wall on the right) to the location marked on our map above.
