Star Wars Jedi Survivor Mountain Ascent is an area that you must explore on the planet Koboh to find Tanalorr. It contains a total of eighteen collectibles, including six chests.
However, the uphill chests are not that easy to find as they are not on the main trail.
Also, most of them require you to have specific abilities that you can only unlock quite late in the main story.
So it’s best to read through the location guide below to make sure you don’t miss a single one SW Jedi Survivor Climbing crate to collect.

As you can see from the Mountain Ascent map below, the chests are scattered throughout the area.
So let’s see how to get to each chest collectible in the same order as on the previous map.
Chest #1 (Security Droid Slice Ability): Between two green barriers
First, go to Mountain Ascent Meditation Point and look to the right to spot two green barriers.
To continue you need Merrin’s magic ability. Assuming you’ve unlocked them, run through the first barrier.
You’ll find Chest #1, which is actually a console, on the right side between the two green barriers.
Chest #2 (Bomber Pants): Behind some bushes
After dealing with the first collectible, run through the second green barrier and approach the ledge just in front of it.
Now jump onto the platform below you, go to the waterfall and go to the other side of the water to find the second one Star Wars Jedi Survivor Chest uphill behind some bushes.
Chest #3 (Light Mustache and Mottled Beard): At the bottom of a small lake
Now go back to the green barrier. To get back up, you have to climb some lianas.
Instead of going through the barrier, go right and you should come to a small lake.
Dive into the lake to find the third Mountain Ascent Collection Chest below.
Chest #4 (Mustache and Beard): At the back of a dark tunnel
For the fourth collectible, you must first get out of the water and, facing the small lake, you will see a wall on the left that you can walk on.
So jump to the wall and fix it by pushing 
/
on your PlayStation/Xbox controller and head to the other side of the water.
Then walk forward a few meters and look to the left to see a door in an opening.
You can open the door with Force Lift (
+
/
+
), and then you have to jump over the hole to get into the dark tunnel.
The fourth Star Wars Jedi Survivor At the back of the tunnel you will find the Mountain Climbing Chest collectible and one of the four databases in the same area.
Chest #5 (Drifter’s Jacket): Near a crashed ship
After getting the previous chest, exit the tunnel the same way you came in, then go straight forward and drop into the pit with the crashed ship.
Near the ship you will find another database and the next chest in Mountain Ascent.
To open the chest you need to use Force Lift (+/+) on it and then force slam (+
/+
).
Chest #6 (Junkyard Audio Sensors): On a railing
Now exit the pit with chest #5, go up the slope to the right, go forward and jump over the gap.
Go forward to reach another gap that you have to jump over and hold on to the ledge.
Pull yourself up, go forward to get to a blue building where you need to go left and double jump over another gap to get to the other side.
Continue to reach a gap that you think is a bit too big and you have to double jump over it.
Once on the other side, jump to the wall on your right to run on it.
Then jump to the other wall, run on it as well, and jump again to grab the grill in front of it.
Climb up by jumping between the two grates to eventually reach a railing for the sixth collectible.
To open the chest you will have to use Force Lift and then Force Slam just like you did with Collectible #5.
