How to start today’s Zelda ToTK menu side quest
Begin Today’s menu side quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdomyou must first open the shelter at Lookout Landing during the Crisis at Hyrule Castle main task.
The Shelter is unlocked by speaking to Scorpis, the soldier in the central area of Lookout Landing. You can’t miss him as he stands on the round stone platform and guards the entrance to said shelter.
After talking to him, drop the ladder nearby to get to the shelter at the location marked on the map below.

Look around the shelter and talk to the NPCs to see what they have to say about recent events. Also, you can use the bed in the Shelter to rest and fast forward time, giving the NPCs outside enough time to complete the Overlook Landing Well.
Now look for Burmano the chef. As you can see below, this NPC has green hair.

Burmano tells Link that he wants to cook a new dish, an unusual mix of mushrooms and apples. Unfortunately he is missing apples so you need to get one for him.
How to get an apple for Burmano in Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom
As said, Today’s menu is a very accessible quest and if you already have an apple just give it to Burmano and the quest will end.
However, if you don’t have an Apple and want to complete the quest faster, exit the shelter and head east on your map.
Stay in town and look for a vendor that sells various goods, including apples. The vendor’s name is Mubs, and below you can see her booth filled with apples.

For a single apple you need to pay 12 rupees, which you can get by selling other crafting materials to Mubs. Alternatively, you can find lots of apples in the trees outside of Lookout Landing. These fruits are very common and can sometimes be found in barrels and crates that can be smashed.
However, buying from Mubs is quicker unless you already have one in our inventory.
