Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Health and stamina are extremely important for surviving tough battles and exploring the open world, and you’ll always feel like you don’t have enough of either.
Increasing your health will make you more resilient, which is very useful as you progress through the game and encounter more dangerous enemies.
Of course, you also need to know how to heal to fill those hearts.
As for endurance, the more endurance you have, the longer you can run, climb, swim, slide, etc.
You’ve probably started swimming before, thinking you’d reach the other side of a lake or something, but drowned halfway. Or you started climbing a high mountain and fell to your death.
Now that you know all the benefits that come from increasing your health and stamina, here’s what you should check out Legend of Zelda ToTK Guide.
How to increase health and stamina in Zelda ToTK
After starting your adventure and landing on the Great Sky Island, you will soon need to find three shrines to open the door to the Temple of Time.
You will find that every time you complete a Shrine you will receive a Light of Blessing which is a glowing yellow orb as shown in the image below.

To check how many orbs you have, open your inventory by pressing + Go to the Key Items tab on your controller by pressing L or Rand look for the mentioned items in the list.

Once you’ve completed your first four Shrines and collected four orbs of Light of Blessing as part of the main story, you’ll be taken to a goddess statue in the Temple of Time where you can exchange the four key items for an additional Heart Container for your health bar.

From now on, every time you bring four glowing yellow orbs to a goddess statue, you can get an extra heart container or opt for a small increase in your stamina bar.
The good news is that in the video game developed by Nintendo, there are around 150 shrines from which to obtain the Blessing Light Orbs, which means that you can improve your stats significantly.
Also, there are several goddess statues that you can swap out the orbs on, and they’re scattered all over the open world.
However, even a single statue can be enough, since you can reach them in no time with the help of fast travel.
