Now you need to take care of Dillie’s ladder, so select Link’s Ultrahand ability and grab the broken ladder on the ground.
As you will soon see, the ladder is flexible, so you should rely on gravity to solve this puzzle.

After fixing the broken Rebonae Bridge ladder, go back to Dillie and talk to him.
