Legend Of Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom: How To Use Device Dispensers

Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Device Dispensers are machines you can find throughout the open world and are a great source for acquiring Zonai devices.

While playing the video game developed by Nintendo, you will find that Zonai devices are essential. Aside from finding them in chests or from quests, the Gadget Dispensers are your best bet.

But as always, the Maker constructs don’t explain in too much detail how the device dispensers work.

How to use Zonai Device Dispenser in Zelda ToTK

You will encounter the first gadget dispenser in the southern part of Great Sky Island, the first explorable area in the game.

You have marked the exact location on the map below.

Look out for a machine with a giant ball when you get to the spot.

Inside the sphere there should be a number of capsules as you can see in the next screenshot.

The capsules contain Zonai devices such as:

• fans
• flame emitters
• Portable pots

Now let’s see how to get these capsules.

Well, it’s very simple, but you must have Zonai Charges and Soldier Construction Horns in your inventory as you can trade these for the Device Pods.

To continue, go ahead Zelda ToTK Device dispenser, press + On your controller, open the inventory, go to the Materials tab, select the Zonai Charges or the Soldier Construct Horns and press Aselect Hold, press A again and place the item in the dispenser.

It’s a lot like cooking, but instead of ingredients you use Zonai Charges and Soldier Construct Horns.

Also, you cannot put more than five items in the dispenser at a time.

You should now be given random Zonai devices that you need to pick up from the ground.

It’s important to realize that there are multiple Gadget Dispensers like this around the world, and each of them has a specific set of gadgets to drop.

To see what you can get from the donor, simply hover over the relevant icon on your map. You have our map above as an example.

The devices you receive from the dispenser can be found in the Zonai Devices tab in your inventory and could be a lifesaver at the right moment.
